Free 15-minute business check

You need sales. We know how to make them happen.

A free 15-minute check shows where customers give up on you, and what it costs to fix.

If we can’t find a way to increase your earnings, you pay nothing.

A busy corner shop at dusk: customers looking in the lit window, a family walking in, a man paying at the counter, a delivery rider outside and friends at a café table.

Why a website

Customers decide before they call.

They want to know what you do, what it costs and whether they can trust you. If they can’t find that out in a minute, they don’t call to ask. They choose someone who shows them.

Comparing prices

“Which one is cheaper?”

Without a websiteYour prices aren’t anywhere, so you’re left out of the comparison.

With oneYour prices, or a starting price, put you in the running.

Working out what you offer

“Do they even do this?”

Without a websiteNobody calls just to ask. They pick a business that lists it.

With oneA clear list of what you do, with photos, answers it in seconds.

Checking you out

“Are they real? Are they any good?”

Without a websiteAn old Facebook page and no photos of your work make people wary.

With oneYour work, where you are and how to reach you, all in one place.

Ready at 10pm

“Can I book this now?”

Without a websiteYou’re closed, so they go with whoever lets them book.

With oneA booking page or WhatsApp button takes it while you sleep.

A good website answers all of this before anyone picks up the phone.

Estimate

J$7,875 to J$15,000

A month, after paying for the goods and the running cost.

If quick replies won 1 in 4 to 1 in 3 of about 32 evening chats (from memory), not 3 as now.

The fix

After 6pm, an assistant on your WhatsApp quotes prices and takes orders for staff to confirm.

Behind the numbers

How we worked out the figure

What this does not prove. That the wait is what loses these sales. Some customers may buy elsewhere for other reasons, and staff still confirm orders in the morning, so some may not wait. Most inputs are from your memory; two weeks of counting would firm them up.

Our guess Estimate

Evening chats that would buy if answered that evening
1 in 4 to 1 in 3

This is the main guess in the figure. It sits between your evening rate now (3 in 32, about 1 in 11) and your daytime rate (1 in 3). We take 1 in 4 as the low case because evening shoppers may be less ready to buy.

The sum Estimate
LowHigh
About 32 evening chats × 1 in 4 (low) or 1 in 3 (high) = sales811
Minus the 3 who buy now = missed sales58
× J$9,500 average orderJ$47,500J$76,000

Minus the running cost− J$4,000− J$4,000
Profit you may be missing, a monthJ$7,875J$15,000

32 ÷ 4 = 8; 32 ÷ 3 = 10.7, rounded to 11. We round to the nearest whole sale. The 3 who buy after your morning reply would buy anyway, so we don’t count them as missed. The low case takes the higher running cost.

If one input is lower Estimate

The average order is J$5,000J$2,250J$6,000
You keep 15% of each sale, not 25%J$3,125J$7,400

Same sum, one input changed. For 24 chats: 24 ÷ 4 = 6, rounded to 6; 24 ÷ 3 = 8; so 3 to 5 missed sales. At the low end the setup takes much longer to pay back, which is why we ask you to count your evening chats before you decide.

How we checked

Over one week: three evening messages from our own phone asking the price of a bag of cement, as a customer would; a look at your Google Maps listing; and a 15-minute call with you.

Running cost, each month Estimate

All in: the AI service, the computer it runs on, and our monthly check of wrong answers and the fixes. Busier businesses pay more.
from J$4,000

The running cost is from our price list, not a quote: we confirm it for your business, in writing, before you pay. WhatsApp (owned by Meta) does not charge for replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message; we checked its price list in October 2026 and check again before you pay, as Meta can change it. This setup sends no messages first, such as reminders, which do have a fee.

Source: WhatsApp business pricing (Meta)

Payback. The J$20,000 setup ÷ the profit left each month (the last line of the sum) = 2.5 and 1.3 months, rounded up to about 3 and 2. Both assume the missed sales start in the first month; allow longer while customers get used to it.

The other option: staff from 6pm to 8pm Estimate

Your staff rate You told us
J$500 an hour
× 6pm to 8pm
2 hours
× evenings a month
about 30
Staff cost a month
about J$30,000

That is many times the assistant’s running cost, and chats after 8pm would still wait until morning.

What we’d leave alone
  • Your Google Maps listing. It is already strong (see How we checked).
  • A new website, or ads. Neither makes evening replies faster.

The small print
  • Web address (like yourbusiness.com): about J$2,000 to J$4,000 a year, paid straight to the company that registers it, in your name.
  • Business email: about J$1,100 a month for each person’s email account (Google Workspace). Or J$0 if we send it all on to the Gmail you already use.
  • Google Maps listing: J$0. Google doesn’t charge for it.
  • WhatsApp assistant: from J$4,000 a month, all in: the AI service, the computer it runs on, and our monthly check and fixes. Busier businesses with more chats pay more, and you get your figure in writing. WhatsApp doesn’t charge when you reply to a customer who messaged you first.
  • Reminders, order updates and review requests your assistant sends first: WhatsApp (owned by Meta) charges a small fee for each one. We work it out for how many you send, in writing, before you pay.
  • Paperwork automation: J$3,000 a month if the job uses AI, otherwise J$0.
  • Changes to your website after launch: J$2,500 a change, or J$3,000 a month for ongoing care. Both optional.
  • Ads: your ad budget is the money Facebook or Google charge to show your ad. You decide it and pay them yourself, by card. We suggest J$20,000 a month to test.

These are estimates (October 2026). Google, Meta and other providers set their own prices, and they can change. We confirm the figures for your business, in writing, before you pay.

Need to spread the cost? Ask about a payment plan on the call.

Questions people ask.

A 15-minute talk on WhatsApp or the phone about how customers find you, contact you and buy from you. Then we look at your Google listing, website, social pages and how quickly messages get answered, the way a customer would. You get the findings in writing: where money is slipping away, what to fix first, what to leave alone, and a fixed price for the fix.

No. The talk and the findings are free and yours to keep. If we can’t find a way to increase your earnings, you pay nothing. If we do, you get a fixed price in writing and decide in your own time. We won’t try to sell you anything on the call, and if you say no, we won’t chase you.

Many things cost nothing a month once they’re done, like a Google Maps listing. Others have a running cost, like keeping a website online, and it depends on the service. You get the exact figure for your business in writing before you pay anything. Our honest estimates, in Jamaican dollars:

Yes. Before you pay the deposit, you get a written agreement with the price, what’s included, the payment terms and who owns what. You sign it first.

You see the work before it’s finished, and you can ask for changes two times on websites and logos. You pay 25% up front and the rest only when it’s finished. Monthly work: pay one month at a time and stop whenever you want.

We agree a finish date with you, in writing, before you pay anything. Need it by a certain day? Tell us at the start, and we’ll tell you honestly if we can do it.
