How delivery works

From our packing table to your gate.

We deliver Monday to Saturday, to every parish. Delivery is free on orders over J$15,000.

    Order online or on WhatsApp

    Fill your cart here, or send us your list on WhatsApp. Pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

  2. Step 2

    We pack it the same day

    Orders in by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are packed that afternoon in Spanish Town. Bottles are wrapped one by one.

  3. Step 3

    We send it to your parish

    Our own van covers St Catherine, Kingston and St Andrew. A trusted courier takes the rest of the island.

  4. Step 4

    You get a message before we arrive

    We send a WhatsApp on the morning of delivery, so someone is home to take it.

About us

It started with one pot of sorrel.

Sorrel & Co. began in a family kitchen in Spanish Town, brewing sorrel for neighbours at Christmas. People kept asking for it in March, and in July.

Today we pack drinks, sauces, snacks, coffee and spices in a small room behind the house, and send them all over Jamaica. Some we make ourselves. The rest we buy from farmers and small makers we know by name.

We keep it simple: honest food, packed with care, delivered when we say it will be.

How long does delivery take?

St Catherine, Kingston and St Andrew usually get their order the next working day. Most other parishes take 1 to 3 working days. You can see the time for your parish in the delivery section, and in your cart.

How much is delivery?

It depends on your parish, from J$600 in St Catherine to J$1,800 in the far west. Delivery is free on any order over J$15,000. Collecting from us in Spanish Town is always free.

How do I pay?

Choose bank transfer or cash on delivery when you check out. For bank transfer, we send our account details on WhatsApp and pack your order once the payment shows. For cash on delivery, please have the money ready when the driver arrives.

What if a bottle arrives broken?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery. We replace it on your next order, or refund you. No long forms.

How do case prices work?

Turn on the switch that says “Buying for a shop, restaurant or hotel?” above the shop. Every product then shows its case size, the price per case and the price per bottle or bag. Each item has a small minimum, usually 1 or 2 cases.

Can I send an order to someone else?

Yes. Put their name, phone number and address at checkout, and add a note if it is a gift. We leave the prices off the delivery slip.
